Production

We cast accessories in Zamak, a recyclable material, using a state-of-the-art machine park that includes a next-generation robotic arm.

This system automatically removes the pieces from the mold and immediately subjects them to X-ray inspection, verifying quality in just a few seconds.

The result? Conforming items ready for the next stages, reducing production time and minimizing the risk of defects.
